Turnaround
Book 2–3 working days ahead where possible. Next-day and same-day bookings are often possible at a 30% surcharge.
Questions
Consecutive or simultaneous: which do I need?
Consecutive suits meetings, notaries and small groups: the speaker pauses and the interpreter follows. Simultaneous suits conferences with many listeners and needs a booth or headsets and two interpreters.
Can the interpreter attend a notary appointment?
Yes. For notarial deeds the interpreter signs the deed alongside the parties, so we need their names and the document in advance.
How is time counted?
From the agreed start time to the end of the assignment, rounded up to the hour. Waiting time and breaks during the booking are included.
